You have found the homepage of Shogerijutsu Karate-Do/Shintaido. The premier(if not the only) Internal Karate-Do that implements more Knees and Elbows, fewer Blocks, more Strikes, and the occasionally brutual (but basic) Okinawan Ju-jutsu takedown - following said setup strike. By far, we are certainly not the best, just different. Our purpose is to spread the importance of making Martial Arts, especially Karate, "Martial" again, and strip away the stereotype of the so called "Kuhrotty-Guy". I feel we can accomplish this through better training (one that includes both Internal and External), less tournament involvement, and more realistic training methods that neither hinder or stop the progess a student is making.
